Adjust flush volume XF reservoir
The flushing volume of an XF reservoir can be adjusted by adjusting the float valve and the outflow mechanism differently. The float valve is set to a flushing volume of 3/6 liters as standard. To save water, however, this can be converted to 2/4 liters, for example. All settings associated with a particular flushing volume are shown in the table.
Flush volume | Float valve settings | Settings outflow mechanism | |
---|---|---|---|
h | Position valve | Letter | |
2/4 L | 130 mm | 1 | J |
2/4,5 L | 145 mm | 1 | L |
2,5/4,5 L | 145 mm | 1 | N |
2,5/5 L | 125 mm | 2 | G |
3/5 L | 125 mm | 2 | J |
3/4,5 L | 145 mm | 1 | O |
3/6 L | 90 mm | 2 | F |
3/7 L | 70 mm | 2 | A |
Adjust float valve
The float valve floater must be set to the correct height. For a 3/6 liter dual flush setting the height will be 90 mm.
Adjust float discharge mechanism
Position 1
Short side of the floater for the small flush at the top, long side of the floater at the bottom.
Position 2
Short side of the floater for the small flush at the bottom, long side of the float at the top
Adjust the position of the adjusting pin
As soon as the position of the floater has been determined, it will be attached to the adjusting pin of the outflow mechanism. The adjusting pin has a letter, which determines the positioning of the floater.
